every Cosmicore app is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charge, nothing to cancel. you buy it once and keep it, and updates for that version do not cost anything.

who to ask, depending on where you bought it

desktop apps bought from this site are sold by Paddle, which is the merchant of record — the legal seller. Paddle takes the payment, handles the tax, and decides refunds under its own buyer terms — those terms set the window, not this page. a refund request goes to Paddle, quoting the order number on your receipt. Cosmicore never sees your card details and cannot reverse a charge.

phone apps bought from Google Play or the App Store follow that store’s refund rules, and the request goes through the store, not through this site.

what we do not do

we do not run a returns process of our own, because we are not the seller of record and there is nothing to return — the apps hold no account and store nothing on our side, so there is no data for us to close out. anything the consumer law where you live gives you stays yours regardless of what this page says.

before you buy: the apps run offline and store their files on your own machine, the docs for each one are on this site, and the system requirements are on each app’s page. reading those first is the best way to avoid needing any of the above.
